In 2025, Providence St. John Baptist Church celebrates a new chapter with the renaming of our church to Nehemiah Family Worship Center (NFWC). While our name may change, our mission remains the same.
At NFWC, we are a family united in faith and devoted to God’s purpose. We honor our past and embrace the future and remain steadfast in our mission to serve God and transform lives.
We are Nehemiah Family Worship Center—united, inspired, and pressing FORWARD with faith, purpose, and a shared commitment to God’s calling.

Couples Ministry Vision and Prayer Board Party
“Write the vision and make it plain…” – Habakkuk 2:2 Start the year in unity, purpose, and prayer!
Join us Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the NWFC Fellowship Hall for a Couples Vision & Prayer Board Experience. Couples will creatively cast a shared vision for their marriage in 2026 through prayer, planning, and intentional connection. Materials and light refreshments provided (feel free to bring personal items). Registration requested by Sunday, January 11, 2026.
